It's all good and well having a DAB radio to provide clear streams of digital audio rather than the crackly old analogue option that sullies the airways, but with little room to swing a robo-cat in most gadget-fans' packed pads, combining DAB with a micro hi-fi seems like a no-brainer.Just as well, then, the Pure has launched the DMX-25 micro system, which will set you back a modest £130. Looking solidly old-skool, its DAB tuner automatically finds available stations and they’ve thrown in an FM receiver and 10W RMS output, along with the ability to play MP3 and WMA files from flash-based MP3 players, CDs and SD cards. It doesn’t have the wow factor of its big brother, the DMX-60, but since it's almost half the price, we’re laughing all the way to the bank...
