Given a firm thumbs up in our review last month, the freshly pimped Humax 9200T has now landed online. As well as touting a pair of digital tuners, it's one of the first set-tops to feature the Freeview Playback standard, which does to Freeview what Sky+ did for satellite. It means it gets a clear 7-day EPG and 'chase' recording as well as all the usual pause/rewind features.Inside is a Sky+ matching 160GB hard drive but, because none of it is taken up by services such as Sky's Anytime, there's as much as double the recording space (around 100 hours) available to fill with all the Big Brother ‘highlights’ your aching pupils can take. There's no need to book a man to come round and drill a couple of holes in the wall either; it needs nothing more than a standard aerial, making it a rather handy bedroom box. It's still available in the original silver but has now also been given a coat of black paint (pictured). We're not sure it'll be enough to cure our Sky+ addiction but we know a certain bedroom telly that it'd get on famously with.Essentials Humax PVR-9200TS, PVR-9200TB Price: £200 On sale: Now Contact: Humax Related stories: Reviewed: HumaxPVR-9200T Sky+ minus subscription equals free Sky Anytime travels to your telly
