There's something about watches that do more than tell the time. Remember the Swatch pager, the Casio remote control and Fossil's very own Palm-powered Abacus? That last spiritual successor to the Casio calculator died a quiet death last year but now Fossil's tie-in with Sony Ericsson looks to be bearing fruit. Already spawning an SE-badged Bluetooth watch with caller ID and music controls, Fossil's now released more details on the three Bluetooth watches it's bringing to the table. One on the wristGetting acquainted with a wrist near you will be the Fossil Caller ID FX6001 (left), the Abacus MobileWear AU6001 (middle) and AU6002 (right). Unfortunately, none of them has the track skipping, pause and play wireless music controls of the more expensive Swedish variety but they do get caller ID and vibrating text alert. The pay-off for receiving the mobile maker's Bluetooth know-how is that the watches will only work with Sony Ericsson phones so Nokia lovers can but admire from afar.Prices are still in US dollars at the mo but we're assured stock will be making its way across the Atlantic as soon as it hits the States.
