It doesn't take much crystal ball gazing to predict that Microsoft will be plotting a flash-based nano rival to line up alongside its hard disk-churning Zune but rumours of its arrival are finally starting to get fleshed out.The new Zune looks set to retain all the Wi-Fi music sharing functions of its bigger brother but will come with either 4 or 8GB of solid state memory. It'll also further ruffle nano's feathers by including a large screen primed for video playback (as our mock up shows).Naturally there's been no confirmation from Microsoft but they have apparently given it the codename Draco - a bit more work needed there we think.Word is it's already being manufactured in China ready for launch this autumn - possibly before the hard disk-based Zune even makes it here, not that we're growing impatient or anything.EssentialsMicrosoft Zune 'Draco'Price: £TBAOn sale: TBAContact: MicrosoftRelated stories:No Zune anytime soon Zune sells a zillion – almostZune gets flashy
