As unlikely as that sounds, patent docs for the new model, dug up over on ZiPhone show that the plug–in for Safari will be available. You can see the logo half way down on the right hand side.
It all means watching web video will finally be a cinch on Apple’s blower. Jobs has said in the past that it could happen, but seemed to be erring on the side of developing his own solution rather than jumping into bed with Adobe.
The drawings show pretty clearly that it will be there, but we’re holding our breath until Monday (not literally, that’d be insane).
