First 13 titles for Nintendo 3DS named and gamed

In what Nintendo claims is "one of the strongest ever software line-ups for a new console," the Japanese game veteran has announced the 13 titles coming out on 3DS launch day: March 25.

The 13 games run the gamut of genres, ranging from Street Fighter IV 3D edition to nintendogs + cats, via flight sim Pilotwings Resort and evolved classics like Super Monkey Ball 3D and Ridge Racer 3D.

There's also PES 2011 3D, Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars, The Sims, Samurai Warriors: Chronicles, Asphalt 3D, Rayman 3D and a duo of Tom Clancy shooters – Ghost Recon Shadow Wars and Splinter Cell 3D.
