We finally have details on HP's Pavilion HDX. The monster laptop is squaring up sumo-style to Dell's fellow desktop replacement, the XPS M2010, but with more of a multimedia than gaming mission.Hard to escape is the 20.1in 1080p screen with a tilt and swivel dual hinge for achieving the optimum angle, and a full remote complete with its own RC-shaped cubby hole. Also nestled inside the roomy frame is an HD DVD player with DVD burning ability, an Intel Core 2 Processor, a 256MB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2600 XT graphics card, up to two 200GB hard drives and up to a meaty 4GB of memory. Meanwhile there are more details on a slew of business-primed HP Compaqs. Top of the corporate ladder is the flagship 2710p tablet PC, which weighs a miniscule 1.6kg but comes with an option for a 10-hour battery for road warrior pin-stripers.If that doesn't twang your braces then there are six more models to choose from. Our eye's on the 1.3Kg 2510p – HP's smallest and lightest laptop yet. Should leave more room in the briefcase for your sushi.
