EMTEC has outed its addition to the growing nettop market, putting itself up against Acer's Aspire Revo and Asus' EeeTop.

Known currently as the "G Box", Pocket Lint is reporting that the mini PC will come in two versions – the first aimed at business types and another with a higher-spec for a more entertainment based machine.

An NVIDIA Ion chipset will support the Intel Atom processor, alongside a 160GB hard drive.

Connectivity-wise, you'll find 6 USB ports, an Ethernet connection and two 3.5mm jacks. The higher-spec version is also set to come with an HDMI port as well.

A price for the more basic machine is currently being touted at £179, but other information is vague. We'll keep you updated.
