Bearing in mind that the rumour emerged ahead of Steve Jobs' keynote speech yesterday, this one could have some credence. Word is it'll be a mere 20mm thick, just missing out on the Air's 'world's thinnest' title by a millimetre.
Like the new Apple, it'll sport a widescreen – LED backlit, like the current slimline XPS M1330 Dell (pictured) – and aluminium casing. Carbon fibre also looks set to feature, to keep the weight down.
Otherwise details are 'thin' on the ground. But, if it's true, it looks like Mr Jobs might have some Windows-based competition on his hands before long.
