Bug Light makes lightbulbs cute

Designer Omar Inbar's insect lamps use industrial parts to create ants, spiders and mantises. Oddly, not fireflies though

Designer Omer Inbar's Bug Light may not be strictly entomologically accurate – but darned if it isn't the cutest light fitting we've set eyes on.

The Bug Light is available in three different models – spider, ant and praying mantis. All of which, oddly, only have four legs. And yes, although the bulb is exposed, it uses 25W bulbs, so you won't be blinded by the light shining off your little chum.

The Bug Light costs US$30 including shipping, or US$46 for two, and comes packed in a rather adorable case, complete with airholes.
