B&O pimps Samsung's headset

Nothing sharpens the mind like three points and a sixty-pound fine. But as hasty as we may be to make sure we're kitted out behind the wheel, it doesn't mean we'll be in any hurry to compromise on style.

Thankfully Bang & Olufsen is here to sort us out. It's taken Samsung's Bluetooth know-how and put it into something we'd be proud to slap on our lug holes – the WEP 420.

Premium phone fans will remember the two last got together on the prohibitively expensive Serene handset which scored big on looks, but fell down hopelessly with its circular keypad.

This time round the design looks more straight-forward. The 420 keeps its buttons hidden behind a sliding cover which we're also assured will block static for all-round better sound quality.

Never one to skimp on the accessories, B&O's also turned its attentions to the charger stand to bring a little designer décor to the desk.

You'll be able to spot them on the most discerning of ears by the end of the month - though no word on how much the B&O name will add to the price tag.
