Gadget of the Day: BenQ-Siemens E61 Mofi

Mobiles are still quite coy about flaunting their music playing talents, but BenQ’s new tune-smith wears it proudly with its dedicated buttons.

The E61 is no Nokia N91, but it does have play, skip and volume keys all handily placed across its slanty head, and comes bundled with a good-for-500-tracks 512MB MiniSD card.

It also has a standout orange and black coat, a 1.8in screen and a maximum battery life of 10 hours music playback.

The best news for music mobilists, though, is that it’s finally out in the UK. You can get it for free on contract, or £100 on PAYG with Virgin Mobile. Go to BenQ’s site for more info or The Link to buy one.
