After temporarily blocking sales in the EU and forcing Samsung to pull the Galaxy Tab 7.7 out of IFA last week, Apple has won an injunction to stop the sale of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Germany altogether.
Judge Johanna Brueckner-Hoffmann agree with Apple that Samsung had infringed patent laws, ruling that there was a "clear impression of similarity" between the iPad and the Galaxy Tab 10.1.
However, the injunction only extends to Germany's border, so those of us in the rest of Europe will still be able to get our hands on some Galaxy Tab goodness. For the time being, at least...
