Whether you’re considering swapping the pied-a-terre for a country pile, or you’ve just had enough of Techno Bob and his neighbourly 3am impromptu DJing sessions, it’s time to move house.

Inevitably, someone’s made an iPhone app to help you find new digs.

Admittedly, FindaProperty.com’s mobile search software could have had a catchier title, but it does what it says on the box – and it doesn’t cost you a penny (new house not included, obviously).

It’s not the usual mobile website port, either. The app uses the iPhone’s native location, swipe picture browsing and map skills to help you search out your new home, plus it can sync with your online account so you can switch between PC and phone seamlessly.

Sadly, it doesn’t do away with estate agents, but its one-click contact buttons might take the sting out of finding numbers and email addresses.

Properties are for sale and to let on the app, which launched today. Good luck with the move...
