Jealous of that businessman on the train whose always flaunting his dongle, but not up for shouldering a pay-sapping subscription? Well, take a gander

Jealous of that businessman on the train whose always flaunting his dongle, but not up for shouldering a pay-sapping subscription? Well, take a gander at 3’s new pay-as-you-go USB modem dongle.

It’ll set you back £100 after which you can top up online, over the phone or in any shop with the Top-Up Logo. You then buy a 1GB, 3GB or 7GB download limit for £10, £15 or £25. If you’re still in credit and stray out of your limit it’ll set you back £1 per MB. Ouch.

You can pick up your new pay-as-you-go dongle (seriously, stop sniggering) in white, pink or black as well as in a new rectangular black and green model. 3’s also partnered with sticker design firm Skins4Things so you can dress your dongle in myriad of designs from leopard-print to polka-dot. That’ll be one hot dongle. Ahem.
