Xiaomi will be introducing the Black Shark 2 Pro, an upgrade of their previously released gaming smartphone back in April. The company posted a teaser of the phone on Weibo with a 30 July China launch date.
As far as the teaser goes, the image vaguely shows what appears to be an updated design to the original Black Shark 2’s rear cover. The green outline might possibly be equipped with LED or RGB lighting but that remains to be seen until the phone is fully revealed. Spec-wise, all that’s known so far is that the Black Shark 2 Pro will be powered by Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 855 Plus processor and features 12GB of RAM.
Stay tuned for more updates regarding the Black Shark 2 Pro once its launch event arrives in China at the end of July.
