Vivo's Next Flagship Will Have An Under-Screen Camera And Snapdragon 865 Processor

Could this be what's next for the Vivo Nex series?

Vivo is currently working hard on their next flagship smartphone that's bound to take smartphone tech to the next level. This new device is currently called vivo model V1950A which has just passed China's national 3C quality certification, and its set to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor and adopt a waterfall screen form, without any openings in the screen.

Because it aims to have a full screen with a 90% screen-to-body ratio, the device is likely to have an under-screen camera, of which when launched will make it the first smartphone camera to have a hidden camera. While Vivo themselves aren't stating which flagship smartphone will be doing this, based on the description alone the device sounds a lot like the Vivo Nex 3, sans the hidden camera and the Snapdragon processor.

There's more speculation on the device, revealing that there's even more disctinctive features to look forward to, which will make the smartphone appear super seductive too. But no confirmation in that aspect yet. What we can confirm for now is that the device will have 5G and supports up to 44W wired fast charging, and the charger model is V3030A-CN.

We're likely seeing the next step of the Vivo Nex flagship, and if it will have the hidden camera, this may be the next best smartphone technology to launch in 2020.
