Tonino Lamborghini’s 88 Tauri phone brings is all about luxury in your hands

You’ve got US$6000 sitting around somewhere in your house and you’ve got no idea what to spend it on? We might be able to help you with that, or at least, Tonino Lamborghini can.

If your taste in smartphones tends towards the exotic, you can choose to splurge that amount on Tonino Lamborghini’s 88 Tauri smartphone. The 5in Android mobile device is wrapped in handcrafted calfskin leather as well as automotive-grade stainless steel (it doesn’t get any fancier than this).

Its specifications don’t disappoint either – it has a full HD display, runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 2.3GHz quad-core processor, has 3GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, and a 3400mAh battery for longer usage.

What makes it even more desirable are its cameras – it boasts a 20MP rear snapper with dual LED-flash in addition to its 8MP front-facing camera. With such specs, you probably wouldn’t need a compact camera. Oh, and not forgetting to mention that it will also come pre-loaded with 13 ringtones made exclusively for the handset by disc jockey and producer, DJ Ravin.

It is a limited edition piece that will come in three colour options (gold, black, and steel silver) with five leather wrap colour choices (brown, blue, red, orange, and black).

Each colour combination is limited to just 1947 pieces worldwide (if you’re wondering about the very specific number, it’s actually the birth year of Tonino Lamborghini), so if you’re seriously interested in it, you should act quick once it goes on sale.
