Samsung’s Next Galaxy M Series Could Feature A Whopping 6000mAh Battery

Speculated specs for the Galaxy M20S and M30S also include a 48MP camera and a better chipset.

Samsung is planning to release an update on the M Series and it is expected to feature a 6000mAh battery. A tweet by TechnicalGuruji revealed a leaked teaser image showing the number 6000, with a caption that states “Get ready to #GoMonster.” It should be noted that the letter M was highlighted to indicate the series it is for, which is the Galaxy M.

Currently, it isn’t clear which exact model the teaser is referring to but it is suspected to be the Galaxy M20S and M30S, since both the older models of M20 and M30 already come equipped with a 5000mAh battery.

A few weeks prior to this, a 6000mAh battery was spotted on South Korea’s lab certification that carries the product code EB-BM207ABY. Samsung has not released any information about the new Galaxy M series but we can expect an announcement sometime in mid September. The device is likely to run on an Exynos 9610 processor (same as the Galaxy A50) and could come with a triple-camera setup with a 48MP camera upgrade as the main camera.

The new Galaxy M series is also expected to feature a slightly redesigned camera island to accommodate the camera upgrade and an additional LED flash.
