It has been a running joke now that Razer is up to produce any kind of merchandise with their logos and colours emblazoned on them, that we even made a list on possible future Razer products. But believe it when we say that this new collaboration is no joke. Soon, diehard Razer fans will be able to roll around in style.
As first covered by paultan.org, Razer is teaming up with Proton to make a special Razer Edition of the Proton Iriz. This was unveiled and announced in conjunction with the upcoming Malaysian Tech Week, as well as Razer Pay being introduced to the Malaysian market.
The car is based on the 2019 Proton Iriz, with the signature black and neon green Razer colours as its paint job. The neon green is painted throughout the roof, bonnet, and the front grill strip, with the black colour emanating on the rest of the car. No word on whether the car will come with a mechanical keyboard or a gaming mouse.
So how does one own this car? Through a contest of course. From now until the 30th of June, by paying for your shopping with Razer Pay, you’ll stand a chance to win this exclusive, one of a kind Proton Iriz. Participating outlets includes Starbucks, 7-Eleven, Celcom Xpax and the Razer Gold gaming rewards service.
