Electric toothbrushes are the bomb. Cleaner teeth, with less effort, sounds great, yeah? But Oral-B isn't convinced you don't need more help keeping your pearly whites clean so it is unveiling a Bluetooth-enabled toothbrush at the coming Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona.
No, we're not even kidding.
Dental nurse in your pocket?
Why unveil it at the MWC? It is because you can link it via Bluetooth to a smartphone app that can be programmed with the help of your dentist.
You can see your brushing progress in real-time and the app will tell you when to move to another part of your mouth, even correcting you if you are brushing too hard. It will also mean your brushing time will take longer, though, approximately two minutes and 16 seconds.
The device will be priced at £199 (RM1095) in Britain, so expect it to cost a wee bit more if it makes it here. But think how much you'll save on the next dentist's bill!
