OPPO is expected to introduce their new under-screen camera to achieve a completely bezel-less design at MWC Shanghai. The camera is hidden behind a screen removing a need for notches or any moving mechanisms.
However, less than 24 hours before the launch, the company Vice President Brian Shen warned that delegates should keep their expectations about image quality low as this technology is still in development.
The announcement came as an answer to another user that expressed concerns about the quality of the photos. The first generation of this technology will behave as if the front element isn’t perfectly clean, which begs to question if it will ever make it to an actual OPPO device like the OPPO Find Y or will we have to wait until the technology has improved further.
