Looks like Oppo has something new for the F series planned, though it's first set to launch in India. The Oppo F series has always been about selfies and expressing yourself, and based on Oppo's recent trailer for the Oppo F15 for India, this will be no different.
Oppo's video teaser was all about its slogan: Flaunt It Your Way. No specs or other information revealed but based on the 30-second clip, the Oppo F15 comes with a quad camera setup and looks similar to the Oppo A91 which was launched in China recently.
If that's the case, we can expect the Oppo F15 to have a Helio P70 chipset, 6.4” AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution and a waterdrop notch. The quad-camera setup on the back will be a 48MP main camera, an ultra-wide-angle shooter, macro snapper and depth sensor.
Other reports state that the device could be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 730 processor paired with up to 6GB RAM, and may even have a 64MP main camera instead. As all this is just rumours, we will have to wait for the official announcement from Oppo.
No word yet on a launch in other countries. The current F series available in Malaysia currently is the Oppo F11 Pro which currently costs RM999 for 6GB + 128GB.
