Maxis will be coming up with a OnePlus 2 offer soon

Another telco-exclusive, looks like

Following the hype of the official launch of the OnePlus 2, Maxis sent out a Tweet stating that it may plan to bring the device in soon. Well, it isn’t surprising as the telco is the main retailer for the OnePlus One in Malaysia.

Here are the specs of the OnePlus 2 in case you have missed it. It is fitted with a 5.5” Full HD 1080p Display which is similar to the OnePlus One but with better IPS display, contrast and colours. The device is running on the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 V2.1 octa-core processor, a whopping 4GB of LD-DDR4 RAM and has two versions for  16GB internal storage or 64GB but neither has microSD support. The device also supports dualSIM and 4G LTE.

The main shooter for the phone is a 13MP f/2.0 with laser focus and optical image stabilization and a 5MP selfie shooter. The device is powered by a 3,300mAh battery and is charged via a USB type C port. The 16GB version is priced at US$329 while the 64GB version is retailing at US$389. We are still unsure when will Maxis be launching the phone or related packages.
