Lumia 950 and 950XL brings Windows 10 on mobile to Malaysia

Phones priced at RM2,699 and RM2,999 respectively

Microsoft's first Lumia devices to run Windows 10 were launched today: the Lumia 950 and Lumia 950XL.

The devices will be bundled with special DiGi plans targetted at business professionals.

DiGi will be offering the phone's with its DiGi Smart Plain 238, which offers a 16GB Internet quota, unlimited calls and texts, unlimited WhatsApp and We hat, all with a 24 month contract.

The Lumia 550 will also be on offer by the end of Dec 2015. Both phones come with a 20MP back camera with OIS and triple-LED flash as well as 32gb storage and 3GB of RAM.

The Lumia 950 has a 5.2-inch WQHD screen while the 950XL has a 5.7-inch display.

Pricing and availability wise, the Lumia 950 and 950XL are on preorder on Lazada for RM2,699 and RM2,999 respectively. The first 100 customers to buy either one of the two phones will receive a Microsoft Display Dock (worth RM309).

The phones will be available at official Microsoft resellers from Dec 18 onwards.
