VR enthusiasts will be glad to know that two VR-optimised devices, the Lenovo K4 Note and the Vibe X3 are officially available.
Lenovo’s TheaterMax technology helps enhance virtual reality viewing and these new devices are the first to showcase it.
We’ve mentioned the K4 Note before and it’s a 5.5in phablet with a 1920 x 1080 pixel IPS display. As for its processor, it houses a MediaTek MT6753 octa-core processor, 3GB DDR3 RAM and 16GB flash storage.
There’s also Dolby Atmos-optimised front-facing speakers, 13MP rear camera, 5MP front camera and a generous 3300mAh battery.
The Vibe X3, which was seen on Lazada a little while ago. It has a 1.8GHz Snapdragon 808 hexa-core processor, 5.5in full HD display, 2GB RAM, 32GB storage and a 21MP rear camera as well as an 8MP front camera.
Also notable is that it comes with a fingerprint scanner as well as a 3,500mAh battery.
As for availability and pricing, the K4 Note will go for RM999 and the Vibe X3 is RM1,899. Both phones are already out in the market though only the Vibe X3 has been spotted on Lazada so far. Expect to see both phones at official distributors though word is they've already been appearing recently.
