Another day, another leaked render of a phone and this time it's Huawei's Mate 8. The image shows a slight curvature over the top of the phone, though it's unclear whether it is a view of the phone's front or back.
The phone, from the render, could likely come in silver or black but it's too soon to know for sure.
Being a phablet, the Mate 8 is expected to run on Huawei's Kirin 950 chipset and have a 6-inch QHD touchscreen, a 20.7MP camera in the back with an 8MP one in front, dual-SIM as well as a fingerprint reader. There will apparently be two versions, one with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage while the higher-end model will have 4GB of RAM and 64GB.
It's becoming quite the crowded phablet space so let's hope the Mate 8 brings more to the table than a curved styling.
