Evan Blass is back with a new leak - the Google Pixel 2 smartphones.
It's pretty much confirmed there'll be two smartphones - the Google Pixel 2 manufactured by HTC and LG making the Pixel 2 XL. They were rumoured to be running the Snapdragon 836, but delays to that chip means they will house the Snapdragon 835 - the current flagship phone standard.
The Pixel 2 will have a 16:9 display ration while the larger Pixel 2 XL will instead have a 6in QHD+ display with the now popular 18:9 aspect ratio though it's not a true edge-to-edge device.
Both phones will have 4GB of RAM with storage options of either 64GB or 128GB. No dual-cam setup here, just 12MP rear cameras and stereo speakers in front. It might disappoint some Android fans but there are plenty of other dual-cam options if they want.
Pricing will apparently start at US$649 (RM2755) and US$749 (RM3180) for the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL respectively, with the smaller phone out by 19 October and the Pixel 2 XL only making a 15 November debut.
