Huami's new smartband might last a month without charging

Perfect for those who want the ultimate battery life in a wearable

Huami's been doing well for itself - it's the number one company in wearables, thanks to being the producer of Xiaomi's popular Mi Bands. It's latest product looks like it'll be a band that will last for a long time without charging.

My band will go on and on

Huami's got a solid background in wearables - besides Xiaomi's bands (which are consistent bestsellers), it also has its own brand of wearables under the AmazFit umbrella. Recently the company's even talked about going head to-head wih Garmin.

But back to the mysterious new band. From what Huami's CEO teased on Weibo, this new band will go up to a month without needing to charge and will come with GPS and some form or resistance.

The device is set to launch 4 July, and was on preorder on the Amazfit flagship store on JD.com. We'll have to see whether Xiaomi will also add the band to its own lineup of partner-made devices but one thing's for sure, the price will likely be fairly attractive.
