HTC keeps making solid phones, which keep getting overshadowed by its rivals. Let's see if the next HTC U11 Plus might change that as it features a fullscreen display (if leaks are to be believed).
Ocean Master codename
What the HTC U11 Plus will be one of a rumoured three devices, and it will feature the 18:9 aspect ratio seen on many of the year's hot phones. The device is apparently codenamed Ocean Master and will have a 5.99in display, made by JDI. Its processor will the Snapdragon 836 with either 4 or 6GB of RAM, with either 64GB or 128GB of UFS2.1 storage.
Camera-wise, we'll see the same as on the U11 on the back - 12MP sensor with an 8MP front shooter. There'll also be the same Edge Sense squeezable feature, as well as IP68 water and dust resistance.
As to when it's going to be launched, it will probably happen 11 November in China where HTC is hoping to claw back some market share.
