Dell recently announced a fresh new revamp of their Venue range of 2-in-1 PCs and tablets which will have improved processors and a new USB Type-C connector. Dell has decided to focus on Windows 10 with tablet and 2-in-1 PCs to move the Venue series of devices forward.
Dell’s Venue 8 and Venue 10 Pro both are preinstalled with Windows 10 which means that they feature special connectivity with Microsoft’s Continuum technology which is intelligent enough to know when the device is being used as a tablet or a PC. Both tablets will be using USB Type-C connector to power the device and also connect the device to external monitors just like the Apple iPads. The Dell Venue 10 will also sport a micro HDMI connector too.
Both devices will also be fitted with Intel Atom quad-core processor, 4GB of RAM, front and rear cameras and 64GB of expandable storage. The Venue 8 will be priced at US$300 (RM1320) and the Venue 10 Pro will be priced at US$430 (RM1500).
