It's been awhile but the telco price war in Malaysia is heating up again.
Celcom has updated its First plans today, offering more data to its subscribers.
More data, same price
The new plans might appeal to the data hungry as the cheapest plan, the First Gold is offering 20GB for RM80 a month, comparable to Digi's current offering at that price point.
For RM98 a month, there's the First Gold Plus that offers 40GB of data while the RM150 First Platinum has a generous 60GB of data. All three plans will come with unlimited voice calls, social messaging and a 50-50 split where the data quota is concerned. Also included is a Yonder Music subscription.
Existing Gold and Platinum subscribers will see their data quotas upgraded as well by November. Some subscribers have reported being notified of the new plans and coming upgrades to their current plan already.
If you're keen on registering for the new plans then you can head over to a Blue Cube centre by tomorrow.
