BenQ’s just launched two home projector models that aren’t too expensive. The W070+ and the W1080ST+ come with what BenQ calls “Cinema Color Reality” performance that BenQ claims offers more authentic, real-to-life colours.
The brightness rating here is 2200, which is pretty decent for the price point. As this is a home projector, BenQ also adds in some audio tweak capabilities with a 10W resonant chamber speaker with four preset sound modes as well as an equalizer setting.
Your very own 3D glasses, too
You won’t need too big a living room for these projectors as the W1080ST + promises that 1.5 metres is enough to project a 100” display, while the W1070+ needs a bit more space at 2.5 metres.
There’s also MHL-support so you can hook up the projector via an MHL cable or MHL dongle if you have one.
For the Malaysian market, BenQ is throwing in 2 pairs of BenQ 3D glasses with each purchase. The offer will run until Feb 28.
If you think you need a decent-ish and not too expensive home projector in your life, the BenQ projectors are already on sale at the following prices:
W1080ST+: RM4,299 W1070+: RM3,999
