Apple has plenty to offer in the upcoming 2020 and if these leaks are anything to be trusted, it's that the iPad Pro will be taking tablet photography to the next level.
Well-known leakster Steve McFly (aka @onleaks) had shared exclusive renders on iGeeksBlog, revealing a few high-resolution renders for the upcoming iPad Pro series, the iPad Pro 11 and 12.9 that's set to launch in 2020. The leaks even include the fact that the upcoming iPad Pro will have a triple-camera setup that looks exactly like the one on the iPhone 11 Pro. While no details were revealed on what will consist of the triple-camera setup, it's likely to be the same as the iPhone 11 Pro too - a 12MP setup with ultra wide and telephoto lens.
Thanks to this setup though, the iPad Pros will likely make the iPad Pro a lot thicker than expected, with the size expected to be around 248 x 178.6 x 5.9mm, with 7.8mm including rear camera bump. This may be a downer for those expecting a sleek and slim tablet, but this may make the upcoming iPad Pros to be the best in camera quality.
To top it all off, the 2020 iPads will come with an A13X chip, which will make the tablet powerful enough to replace computers as it could easily run traditionally heavy desktop-based programs such as Adobe Photoshop and more. Add that with a powerful camera and it's likely that the 2020 iPads is being set as the perfect companion for video and photo editors on the go.
No word on price yet, but based on these current specs, we can expect it to cost quite a bit. Currently the iPad Pro is retailing from RM3499 for the 11″ version with 64GB WiFi, with the 1TB version's price dropping from RM6499 to RM5849. While the 12" version is retailing from RM4349 for the 64GB WiFi, while the 1TB version's price dropped from RM7349 to RM6699. It's important to note that the 1TB price drops also includes swapping the LTE to WiFi instead. We can expect the 2020 versions to cost a lot more than this.
