Acer's brought in its convertible R11 laptop, a pretty portable with a decent price for its specs. It comes with Windows 10 preinstalled, a good buy for people who'd wanted to avoid having to get Windows 8/8.1 and then either wait or pay for the upgrade.
What makes it a convertible is its 360 degree hinge that allows for four different mode usages: laptop, tablet, tent and stand mode. It has an 11.6-inch 1366 x 768 touch display, Intel's N3700 quad-core processor as well as 4GB of RAM, 500GB of hard disk space and a 3,320mAh battery that is rated at 8 hours of battery time.
A similar product would be Lenovo's Yoga range, though Acer's alternative seems to be far cheaper but with a perhaps less premium build.
The device is available now for RM1,499 from all official Acer retailers.
