And after the jump, smartphones under RM2000!

BenQ ZOWIE XL2540 (RM2399)

Frustrated with your refresh rate? BenQ has just launched the XL2540 gaming monitors and it won’t disappoint.

The XL2540 gaming monitor is smaller and more affordable at RM2399 and boasts a 240Hz refresh rate. Measuring 24.5in with a 1080p TN panel, two HDMI ports, a DisplayPort1.2, and four USB 3.0 ports (3 downstream and 1 upstream). A pair of flaps flanking the sides of the monitor which BenQ Zowie refers to as ‘Shields’ helps you concentrate on your game but they’re definitely adjustable and removable as well.

The BenQ ZOWIE XL2540 gaming monitor will be available mid-March.

Honor 6x (from RM1199)

Honor hits it out of the park with this great mid-ranger, with a 1080p 5.5in IPS LCD screen, powered with their own Kirin 655 octa-core and equipped with 3GB RAM and 32GB of storage. With a rear camera setup of 12MP and 2MP dual cameras along with an 8MP front camera and a rear fingerprint sensor, the 6x has great mid-range specs at an affordable price.

Here’s what we thought of the Honor 6X.

The Honor 6X phablet comes in a 3GB RAM and 32GB storage version (RM1199) whereas the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage version is RM1399. Available nationwide via Lazada, DirectD, SenHeng Malaysia and Honor’s Concept Store at Plaza Lowyat.
