Joke’s on you: The best tech trickery on this April Fools' day

Do not believe everything you read on the internet. Especially not today

This very special day gives tech companies the chance to display their sense of humour.

And when they attempt to pull your leg, they do it so well. Scroll on to see the cleverest of pranks pulled online today.

Samsung Galaxy Blade Edge

Samsung finds a way to mock the idea of making everything smart and market its new line of smartphones at the same time.

The Galaxy Blade Edge (Chef's Edition at that) is a smart knife with smartphone capabilities built in and it’s so amazing, you’ll chuck out all the other knives in your kitchen. Its many feature include a food thermometer stylus, fire resistance, as well as a human blood sensor to prevent it from being used as a weapon. Talk about cutting-edge technology.

Google Panda

Who doesn’t love a talking toy? Especially when it’s as smart as Google Panda promises to be. Inspired by a real panda, Google Panda is designed to hug your arm and answer any question you might have in 50 different languages. Oh, and it’s also shockproof thanks to all that cuddly fuzz.

MS-DOS Mobile

Remember MS-DOS? Microsoft takes us back to the good old days when everything was much simpler with this stripped down operating system. You’ll see the familiar C:\ prompt and all you have to do is type in a command to operate Microsoft’s simplest OS ever. Ah, the good old days.
