There’s much hype surrounding Google’s new Pixel and Pixel XL smartphones, and it’s certainly warranted.
Packing Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 821 CPU along with 4GB RAM and either 32GB or 128GB internal storage, on a 5-inch (Pixel) or 5.5-inch (Pixel XL) screen with a Quad HD resolution. Its 12.3-megapixel camera is the best, according to DxOMark. Put all these together and certainly the Google Pixel is one of the best Android phones on the market.
For Malaysians itching to change their phones, unfortunately we aren’t in the initial batch of countries to receive the phone. Worse still, none of the big boys like DirectD or SatuGadget currently stock the Google Pixel.
Not to worry, as we’ve compiled the few possible ways you can be the first to own the powerful Google Pixel and Pixel XL before it officially lands in Malaysia.

Techbug is one of the few Malaysian websites that has the Google Pixel for sale. Currently you can only order the Quite Black 5-inch variant in 128GB and the Very Silver 32GB in equal size, but do keep watch for the other models as soon as Google has them in stock.
Prices range from RM3,150 to RM4,100, with their next batch of delivery arriving end November. Many have recommended this website for their responsive replies to enquires and prompt delivery. Shipping is free and warranty issues are managed by TechBug.
User Shirogawa on Lowyat forum is offering the Google Pixel in 32GB for RM3,049, and 128GB for RM3,459. For the Pixel XL, it’s 32GB model for RM3,559 and 128GB for RM3,929.
Shirogawa imports them directly from Google, so stock is only available for the 5-inch Pixel. However, Shirogawa will be able to order any of the unavailable models once they do come in stock. All prices do include PosLaju shipping.
