5 new things your Xbox One can do

Multitasking made easy

The Guide has been given a visual overhaul, popping up as an overlay on the left hand side of your screen when you hit the Xbox button on your controller. On it you’ll find music playback controls, quick links to recently used games and apps and simplified GameDVR controls for recording gameplay.

You can also bring up Cortana as an overlay, allowing you to set reminders and alarms, play music or access Party controls with voice commands.

Improved accessibility

Microsoft has made efforts to boost the accessibility of games on the Xbox One by adding Copilot, a feature that allows two controllers to act as if they were one. That means gamers can play cooperatively alongside another person, sharing the controls.
