With E3 just around the corner, the excitement for 2015 and beyond's crop of new video games is at fever pitch.
Of course, short of springing for a flight to Los Angeles and trying to skive one's way into the LA Convention Centre, Middle East gaming fans have to resort to watching livestreams of the major press conferences from the likes of Xbox and Playstation online. And, of course, following Stuff's own comprehensive coverage of the event.
That is until 10 September rolls around and the annual GAMES expo opens its doors in Dubai. This year, new organisers Extra Cake (whom you might recognise from a little something called the Middle East Film and Comic Con) are at the helm and are promising to make things bigger and better than ever. Visitors can expect to get hands-on time with some of the biggest titles coming off of the back of E3 and Gamescon from the video gaming world's most prominent publishers.
In an effort to go large, GAMES 15 is looking to branch out into other parts of the gaming sphere with dedicated areas for mobile and tabletop gaming, and a performance from the Video Games Live orchestra to close off the weekend.
We're also expecting a bevy of the usual celebrity guests that Extra Cake is known for snagging.
GAMES 15 will take place from 10 - 12 September 2015. A venue has yet to be announced but we'll be the first to let you know once it has.
