Fire the lasers with BenQ

Pew-Pew away to hi-res video quality with the BenQ bluecore laser projector

If you have watched Austin Powers, you will be well aware of what we’re talking about, and if you are a fan, you might as well scream the first three words in the title while gesturing air quotes.

Coming back to the topic, BenQ have added a newbie to their existing line of professional projectors. The LU9715 is the first Blue Core laser light source projector engineered specifically for large-venue professional installments.

A dual color wheel produces better color intensity, balance and fidelity, enabling a high contrast ratio of 1,00,00: 1.

Featuring a dual-array laser light source, the WUXGA 8,000 ANSI lumen LU9715 has  guaranteed operation hours of 20,000, without lamp replacement and comes with eight optional lenses with throw ratios ranging from TR 0.38 to TR 8.19 that maintain a bright and focused image quality in venues of any size.

To make things even better, it houses a motorized zoom, lens shift, advanced geometric correction and comes with liquid-cooling that keeps it quiet and within manageable temperatures for those ever long boring meetings of taking over the world.

BenQ Blue Core laser projectors also feature HDBaseT for long-distance full-HD signal transmission via cost-effective network cables up to 100 meters. LAN control compatibility allows IT managers to remotely monitor and control a large number of projectors on the network. The LU9715 also features comprehensive connectivity, including 3G-SDI — for uncompressed digital video signals.

The BenQ BlueCore LU9715 is available for 18,00,000.
