Asus today launched a slew of gaming laptops and a desktop for the Indian market. Priced from ₹1,03,990, Asus claims to have delivered some industry-first features with its new and updated offerings.
The Strix SCAR 15 and 17 that are priced at ₹1,54,990 (R9 / RTX3070) and 2,34,990 (R9 / RTX3080) respectively, while the Strix G15 and G17 (R9 / RTX3070) are priced at ₹1,57,990 and ₹1,50,990. The TUF A15 also makes its way to India and is priced at ₹1,03,990 (R7 / RTX3060). The Desktop GA 35 will be available at ₹1,99,990 with a Ryzen 5800 RTX3070 combo. While the laptops will go on sale from the first half of April into March, the lone desktop will only be available from the second half of April.
Both the Asus Strix SCAR models can be ordered with an AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX or a Ryzen 7 5800H chipset along with Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 (8 GB) or 3080 (16 GB) graphics. Both of the 15.6-inch and 17.3-inch displays are IPS-level panels with a 300 Hz refresh rate for the Full HD option or up to 165 Hz for the WQHD option. Both of these laptops can be configured with 32 GB + 32 GB (3200 Mhz) RAM and support up to 2 TB of storage and pack in 90 Wh batteries with 240 W power adapter. These laptops also support USB-C PD 3.0 up to 100 W.
The Strix G15 and the G17 are available with a AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX and the Ryzen 7 5800H along with a choice of an GeForce RTX 3060 with 6 GB VRAM or an RTX 3070 with 8 GB of VRAM. Both of the 15.6-inch and 17.3-inch displays are IPS-level panels with a 300 Hz refresh rate for the Full HD option or up to 165 Hz for the WQHD option. Both of the G series laptops can be configured in 16 GB + 16 GB RAM (3200 Mhz) RAM and offer up to 512 GB or 1 TB of storage.
The TUF A15 features a AMD Cezanne R7 - 5800H chipset with support for up to 32 GB of 3200 Mhz RAM along with 6 GB of VRAM on an RTX 3060.
