Think you deserve a Michelin Star for adding veggies and ketchup to your Maggi? Well, Gordon Ramsay would probably call you an idiot sandwich, but the original bad boy of the industry, Marco Pierre White would ignore it with true legendary dignity and present you his signature dish - Wild Mushroom Risotto - that we lucky stuffers got to taste at the launch of Season 4 of World on a Plate today at The St. Regis, Mumbai. The next two days will witness Marco curate two exclusive fine-dine dinners (not Maggi) and 2 highly awaited masterclasses at The St. Regis Mumbai followed by tête-à-têtes across both days at Universal Square at High Street Phoenix Lower Parel. As part of the event, Chef White will also judge some of India's top restaurants that compete for the coveted ‘World On A Plate Restaurant of the Year’ trophy. So ditch the idea of noodles on the weekend and treat yourself to some good food and masterclasses by some of the world’s most renowned chefs. There’s an entry fee of 500 and you can book here.
