Shrinking bezels, shedding weight and speeding up the innards has always been Asus’ way of achieving the ultimate Zen. But adding onto that mantra, it plonked another touchscreen as a fully functional trackpad with its previous ZenBook Pro. However, this time at Computex ‘19, Asus’ sprinkled some fresh dope on the former ZenBook Pro. All its new variants get a better, faster, larger (5.66in) ScreenPad for maximising productivity and its bezels shrink even further achieving a 95% screen-to-body ratio for maximum screen estate. Mind you, it’s no sloucher from the inside. Powered by the 8th gen Intel Core i7 processor, NVIDIA GeForce MX250 (GeForce GTX 1650 on the ZenBook 15) GPU’s and up to 16GB of RAM, this qualifies to be a mighty, mighty work machine ready to take on any creator’s dream. And for those who remember the S6F Leather Collection, Asus modified that into a blend of futuristic and classic to embark its 30th anniversary. Meet the ZenBook Edition 30 - it keeps the same innards as the others, but gets exterior changes. The lid is encased in luxurious pearl white Italian leather with an 18-karat rose-gold-plated anniversary logo and the sides slapped with rose gold diamond-cut edges. Moreover, it also comes equipped with premium accessories like a pearl white mouse, a leather-look box, mouse pad, and a leather sleeve. Talk about laptop luxury for the 21st century...
