At 74,999 Motorola’s new Edge+ is a massive comeback to the premium smartphone market (after the ultra-premium Razr). And at that price tag you would expect it to pack in nothing but the best. And it does! While it looks like your typical candybar smartphone, there’s a 6.7-inch FHD+ OLED curved edge display (which is where it gets its name from) with a 90Hz refresh rate. It gets the usual hardware inside, which includes a Snapdragon 865 chipset paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage. And it’s powered by a 5000mAh battery with fast-charging and wireless charging as well. As for the cameras, there’s some interesting stuff here with a 108MP primary camera that gets you 27MP images, a 16MP ultra-wide and an 8MP telephoto lens. The selfie camera gets a 25MP sensor and the rear camera can also record 6K video. As with every other premium flagship, there’s also 5G radio and dual stereo speakers to let you take advantage of that wide hole-punch display. Also thrown in is a headphone jack. But we have saved the best for last and that’s the software. As with every Moto out there, there’s a generous serving of stock Android 10 and not too many smartphones out there can make that claim. This edgy Moto goes on sale on Flipkart from 26th May, in Smokey Sangria and Thunder Grey.
