Whilst Xiaomi, Honor and OnePlus are happily feeding off Indian customers, Meizu was plotting its way back into India with three smartphones, each targeting different price points. The budget brawler C9 (₹5999) flaunts a 5.45in HD screen, 3000mAh battery, 2GB RAM, 16GB storage and a 13MP rear cam. Its elder brother, the M6T (₹7999) comes equipped with a 5.7in HD screen, 3300mAh battery, 3GB RAM, 32GB storage and a 13MP+2MP rear cams. And the eldest of ‘em all, the Meizu M16TH is battling it against the OnePlus 6T at ₹39,999. Ahem. It rocks a 6in Full HD AMOLED screen with an in-display fingerprint scanner, powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 chip, 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. It also sports twin rear cams (12MP+ 20MP), a front 20MP selfie shooter, a 3010mAh battery (with fast charge) and makes space for the 3.5mm jack too. All these phones are running on Android Oreo (with FlymeOS skin) and should make their way into Jio stores and Amazon India very soon. It’s raining smartphones, isn’t it?
