Gather around budget brawlers, Xiaomi has dropped another pocket-friendly device that packs all the bells and whistles of a 2018 flagship. Four cameras? It’s got 20MP + 2MP front snappers to do portrait and with some help from the AI, it’s capable of separating your mug from the background to do its wonders. The rear 12MP + 5MP camera gets a larger sensor to allow more light and give some much needed definition to your photos. Dynamic Bokeh lets you tweak the twinkles (those blurry lights can be shaped differently) in the background. It’s the first Xiaomi phone with MIUI 10 and a notch. The FHD+ display is capable of 500 nits of brightness and is spread across the 6.26in Gorilla Glass screen. The Snapdragon 636 octa-core processor and 64GB of storage is delivering Xiaomi’s promise of more-for-less and you can choose between 4GB RAM (₹13,999) and 6GB RAM (₹15,999) variant. It goes on sale tomorrow on the Mi website and Flipkart post 12PM with a launch offer of ₹1,000 reduced on the base price.
