In the past, most camera smartphones that outdid the rest of the competition ended up being cameras with a smartphone attached. This always resulted in compromises and Xiaomi with it just launched Mi 11 Ultra, aims to fix just that. It’s the first smartphone to fit in a 50MP Samsung made GN2 sensor that’s 1/1.12″ in size. This is similar to the stuff you would get in a Sony RX100M7 camera. And it’s also the reason why this beast of a camera smartphone also gets that mountain of a camera bump at the back. Apart from that gigantic sensor, there’s other goodies like a 48MP ultra-wide camera and a 48MP pericope lens system with 5X zoom for tele shots. And it’s not just about those cameras as the rest of the phone is top notch with a 120Hz QHD+ OLED display, Snapdragon 888 chipset, sound by Harman Kardon, and wait for it… 67W wireless charging that Xiaomi claims will charge up this masterpiece as quickly as the wired charger does! Oh! And in case you were wondering, it features an IP68 rating as well. The Mi 11 Ultra is also Xiaomi’s most expensive smartphone yet, and will retail at ₹69,999 for the single 12+256GB variant.
