Enthusiasts and driving purists the world over swear by the pleasures of old-school rear wheel drive cars – with the front wheels concentrating on the steering and providing proper feedback to the driver while the rear wheels focus on powering the vehicle. And with the new Huracán EVO RWD, Lamborghini aims to bring the driving experience back to basics, delivering 610hp at 8000rpm, thanks to its naturally aspirated V10 engine, all going to the rear wheels. Combine that with just 1389kg of weight and you are left with a car that has a top speed of 325 km/h and can accelerate to 100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds. And it’s packed to the brim with tech too. The new Performance Traction Control System (P-TCS), designed specifically for this rear wheel drive Huracán, delivers controlled torque even while realigning to enhance oversteer by up to 30%, which results in smooth, controlled drifts that, as we all know, equals more fun. There is no shortage of in-car tech either, thanks to an 8.4-inch touch screen in the centre console that can control all the functions of the car as well as manage connectivity features such as calls, internet access and connection to Apple CarPlay. The Lamborghini Huracán EVO RWD can be customised completely on both the inside and outside according to the owner's unique style – and it better be unique considering it starts from ₹3.22 crore.
