The mirrorless world doesn’t stay still for too long. A ripple in the pond is enough to cause a revolution in this house of no mirrors. The Fujifilm GFX100 is the first ever to be introduced into the world of large format sensor cameras. Bigger than the standard 35mm full-frame format, the GFX100 is the first ever pro camera to offer a whopping 102 million pixels, back-illuminated sensor with phase detection, in-body image stabilisation (IBIS) mechanism and UHD [email protected] video recording capability, and a great image is just a side effect. The GFX 100 is available at ₹7,86,999. Complimenting the GFX100’s prowess is the Premista series of cinema zoom lenses that support large format sensors, deliver high resolution videos and images, and more, without the hassle of having to change lenses. One single lens serves the purpose entirely. The Premista 28-100mm T2.9 will be available in August 2019 at a price of USD 38,800 (Approx ₹26,66,000), while the Premista 80-250mm T2.9-3.5 will sell at USD 39,800 (Approx ₹27,35,000).
